  • "Outstanding service. Sam made a huge effort to get to know us and our requirements through a couple of longer calls. She then came back with plenty of options for our planned holiday. We had many calls and emails, nothing was ever too much for her and she worked tirelessly to come up with the best possible package for our needs and budget. The result was fantastic and just the holiday we hoped for. It's obvious she is an experienced travel writer from the quality and location of the hotels. When one of us was unwell she rescheduled our pre-paid tours to Pompeii (at her company's expense) so we did not miss it. She was always contactable when we were away and kept in touch but was never intrusive. A really great service, which takes all the time and trouble out of planning- thank you Sam."

We’re not an easy family to book a holiday for – everyone has different opinions and preferences – but Sam listened carefully to all our needs and delivered perfectly. She truly took the stress out of holiday planning, which meant I could actually relax and enjoy the trip knowing everything was handled. Even the small details were taken care of – from making sure we got to the right terminal to arranging smooth transfers. Sam goes above and beyond every time.   • Fantastic support to find our perfect holiday "Sam is incredibly knowledgable about all the destinations, what they have to offer (and any downsides). She was so amazing at finding OUR perfect holiday.. asking all the right questions to understand what we were like & the kind of experiences we were after - Sam found the perfect holiday to balance our needs (hubby & I sometimes wanted different things!) She then organised the whole thing for us. Questions were answered promptly, problems were ironed out quickly, liaising with tour operators and hotels to modify certain elements of our trip. She even managed to keep costs down despite providing us with an action packed, luxury 2 week experience in Costa Rica - we’ll definitely be booking our next holiday experience with Sam."

  • Stress free holiday "From my first contact with Sam Lewis to the final details of booking we had a first class service. She took away all the stress. Wonderful! I wasn’t sure where I wanted to go and Sam went to so much trouble emailing very detailed information regarding various destinations, temperature, adult or child friendly hotels, transfer time and prices. All within a very short time. She didn’t make me feel at all guilty when I actually changed our criteria and opted for a totally different holiday! She is extremely helpful and even if you have found a holiday, run it past her before booking as she managed to reduce ours by £300! She arranged everything including emailing our boarding passes after having asked for preferences of seating. Fantastic! I will definitely ask Sam’s advice again and have no hesitation in recommending her. You won’t regret it."
